Spring 2022

In the Yttri lab, my research focused on neural circuitry underlying action selection decisions, exploring the interplay between the brain's motor, reward, and cognitive systems. I set metrics and designed thresholds for signals in optogenetics experiments, analyzing the resulting data using R and MATLAB.

In the Tarakhovsky Lab, I designed, organized, and prototyped experiments to explore how senescent cells' susceptibility to Dengue virus infection is influenced by the degradation of DNA repair Bromodomain proteins.

Spring, Fall 2023 

In the Lee Lab, I worked on decoding stimuli and noise patterns from neurons during monkey trials, analyzing data on a trial-by-trial basis using a Support Vector Machine learning model.

Xometry Internship

Summer 2023 

I spent the summer working on frontend implementation of client and staff facing RFQ pages. I translated new designs and user feedback into actionable updates by coding interface changes from Figma designs into React.

Spring 2024

This project explored the intersection of design and technology, examining identity and society through non-traditional media. 

I worked on advancing and implementing the MineXR dataset in collaboration with Meta. I designed an LLM pipeline to generate UI components for AR/VR headsets tailored to specific environments and tasks.
